We have several different packages for our production photography services. Having high quality images of your production is critical for your marketing efforts, in both electronic (web) and print mediums. The packages below are completely customizable, the listed packages are merely the most commonly requested services. We service the New York metropolitan and surrounding areas. Travel reimbursement charges apply for organizations outside of the tri-state area.
Full Season Marketing Service: $5,000
- Dress rehearsal photography for each production in your season
- Online viewing gallery for artists to view photos and order prints if desired
- Up to three sessions of head shot portraits for any season artists or organization members that need them
- Pre-Season publicity shoot for marketing materials, including assistance with integration of photography into marketing materials
- Up to $1,000 of printing services
- Photography service for up to three non-performance events
Partial Season Marketing Service: $2,500
- Dress rehearsal photography for each production in your season
- Online viewing gallery for artists to view photos and order prints if desired
- One head shot portrait session for any season artists or organization members that need them
- Pre-Season publicity shoot for marketing materials, including assistance with integration of photography into marketing materials
- $250 toward printing services
- Photography service for one non-performance event
Single Production Marketing Service: $1,000
- Dress rehearsal photography for up to two rehearsals of that production
- Online viewing gallery for artists to view photos and order prints if desired
- One head shot portrait session for any artists or organization members that need them
- $100 toward printing services
Basic Production Photography: $400
This includes image processing and delivery of high-resolution images on a data DVD. Selected images are also uploaded to an online gallery for your artists to purchase prints at no cost to you. A second dress rehearsal for the same production is $250. We are happy to provide discounts for multiple productions if all you need is photo coverage of the dress rehearsals.
Full lab printing services are available, including large scale lobby prints and banners, hard-mounted elegant prints up to 30×45 for your lobby displays, eye-grabbing metal murals, and much more. Please ask for details on the many additional items and services we offer.
If you would like us to cover your fundraising or marketing event, the general hourly fee for photography services is $150 per hour.
